How AFIT works
Unique pupil dashboard
AFIT uses a dashboard to bring together all that is relevant to a pupil’s behaviour and performance over time into one exportable/printable report

Needs Analysis
A Needs Analysis with 48 behaviours seen daily is used to create an attachment-oriented profile of the pupil’s needs

Results
AFIT interprets the results from the Needs Analysis into a behaviour profile for the pupil and gives insight into the relational and learning needs the pupil has

Personalised approaches / strategies
AFIT recommends relevant trauma-informed strategies (from over 450) that can be used to help the pupil settle to learn and records and make notes on chosen needs and strategies

Share results
AFIT provides exportable/printed reports on the individual Needs Analysis & Plan

Tracks changes
The Needs Analysis exercise can be repeated as many times as is felt useful and will track changes in the pupil’s ability to settle to learn

Summary report
AFIT generates a summary report of everything that is entered on a pupil dashboard to share, save or attach in other documents e.g. PEPs
